My Approach/Modalities
My therapeutic methods are rooted in evidence-based practices such as:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Trauma-informed Care
Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and polyvagal theory to help regulate the nervous system, fostering resilience, balance, and connection.
I truly believe that together, we can navigate challenges, build resilience, and cultivate growth—all with compassion and a commitment to your unique journey.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family! I’m married and a proud mom to two wonderful kids (ages 11 and 5), along with our playful Australian Labradoodle, who is almost 3. I enjoy cooking, hiking, cleaning (yes, really!), getting up early for a good workout, and reading. My favorite form of self-care is to go out for a walk or sit in a cafe or by the river and have a deep conversation with a good friend.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey to wellness!
